Senior Fixed Income Business Analyst (VP) – Greenfield Project – Top Tier Investment Bank
A leading investment bank requires Senior Fixed Income Business Analyst to join their Business Solutions team.
This team is working on a greenfield electronic trading project that concentrates on the electronification of internal and external flows within Fixed Income, with a specific focus on Interest Rates.
The role will face off to both Front Office users and the IT team and therefore, the ability to communication with stakeholders of varying technical knowledge is essential.
Main responsibilities
- Gather requirements and liaise with Front Office users, programme/project managers, clients and other stakeholders
- Manage the expectations and feasibility of these stakeholders
- Provide detailed documentation to the various stakeholders involved
- Push the development and design of new business solution options and understand level of risk involved
Essential Skills
- Substantial knowledge of Fixed Income and Interest Rate Derivatives
- Previous exposure to Front Office and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with complex projects and delivery of innovative business solutions
- Skill core BA skills, detail and documentation is key
- Understanding of F2B process (full trade life cycle)
