Senior Fixed Income Sales – Spanish or German institutional clients recruitment
Our client is a multi assets and international financial institution operating for more than 100 years.
They are already established in the US with more than 300 Fixed Income Sales, Traders and analyst.
In Europe they are already the leader on the Equity market with one of best research in the world. They are looking to establish the European Bonds Sales business dedicated to institutional clients.
The Salesperson will participate to the establishement of the Flow Credit Sales activity by leveraging the liquidity on the platform through a Spanish or German institutional end user client base.
The candidate will also benefit from a strong credit research, liquidity pools, trading books and a competitive bonus cut.
Requirements:
-A significant trackrecord selling flow credit to end-user clients in Germany or in Spain
-A transferable client base (hedge funds, asset managers, institutionals, insurance companies...)
-A minimum of 5 years experience as a Fixed Income Sales. Only Seniors
-Excellent technical and commercial skills
-Dynamism and good team spirit
