Senior Fixed Income Trader / Business Developer

 

1.     Help develop a strategy for the fixed income business across Africa.

2.    Implement the necessary structures to align with the approved fixed income strategy.

3.     Identify and engage with prospective clients to grow fixed income client base.

4.    Manage and grow foreign, regional and local deal flow.

5.     Communicate fixed income trading ideas to clients.

6.     Grow fixed income trading market share.

7.    Maintain client database of current and prospective clients, including information about organisational structures, holdings, fund mandates and sizes.

8. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
