Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

•Partner with finance leaders, business leaders and staff to analyze, report and forecast operating performance via development and implementation of focused growth and speed metrics.
•Establish clear, consistent reporting and operating processes across the region – ensuring accurate and timely data availability as well as insightful, thorough regional data and analysis.
•Seamless partnership with peers across the GGO in building and enhancing regional reporting and analysis capabilities
•Ownership for consolidated regional estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews, Growth Playbook (3-year Plan), SII (1-year Plan), and Operating plan.
•Develop and implement key metrics to measure speed and simplification for key operating processes.
•Provide financial analysis and insight in support of additional special projects as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

•Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 5 years of financial work experience including developing forecasts operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.•Exceptional analytical skills: clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.•Polished communicator… able to work effectively internally and externally with all levels of leadership. Deliver clear concise messages both verbally and in writing.•Demonstrated leadership skills. Confidence / assertiveness with strong influencing skills across multiple, key stakeholders.•Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or ambiguous situations.
