Senior Front-End Technical Tester
We are looking for experienced a Senior Front-End Technical Tester to join our recently created team in Lisbon. The requirement is for a very hands-on test analyst. This role includes developing Test Plans Scripts and executing tests as well as implementing Test Automation where possible.
Must have significant exposure to functional testing within an Agile development environment. Applications are delivered on Web platforms targeting both desktop and tablets. Role is responsible for assuring the quality and to minimise the potential risk of products produced within the Development Department. Quality is determined by factors such as meeting functional requirements, stability, scalability, usability, performance amongst others and therefore this is a multi-faceted and technical role.

Main requirements
- 5+ years of Technical and Functional Testing Experience
- Good understanding of Agile Test Strategies and Test Plans
- Work closely worth the Development team to produce Test Specifications and Test Cases from Requirements
- Technical exposure to Front End Testing Tooling i.e. Selenium RC / Selenium / Webdriver / Cucumber / Gherkin / Specflow / Lettuce / Fitnesse / Watir / RSpec / Karma / Jasmine
- API Testing (SOAP UI)
- Familiarity with Test Management Tools.
- Good understanding of Test Driven / Behaviour driven development.
- Good understanding of Functional and Non-Functional testing
- Fluent English level (both conversational and written)
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Mobile Application Testing
- Understanding of the 4 Testing Quadrants
- ISEB, ISTQB or IEEE 829-2008 standards/certification
- Testing Environments (Infrastructure i.e. Docker)
