What you will be doing:

- Convert wireframes and comps into standards compliant, cross browser
compatible XHMTL/CSS
- Hand code complex Javascript to support messaging client and other functionality - Streamline and improve existing code, including xmpp client functions

What you need:

- 2+ yrs Javascript experience
- 6+ months jQuery experience
- Strong XHTML skills
- Knowledge of cross browser compatibility and web standards
- Strong understanding of CSS
- Familiar with source control
- Familiar with strophe.js
