We’re looking for a qualified accountant to join the LLIM finance team, assisting in the financial activities of LLIM Retail finance team and responsibilities for the financials of the Retail trusts. You will prepare quarterly fund accounting models and finance reports, including tax calculations and distributions to investors, deal with debt and capital management and prepare half yearly financial statements. Maintaining depreciation registers, completing tax returns and balance sheet reconciliations will also come under this role.
To be successful in your application you will be degree qualified and either CPA or CA qualified. You will require intermediate MS Excel skills, sound attention to detail, as well as time management and organisational skills. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to manage and develop relationships with all levels across the business and external partners/ clients.
