Senior Fund Accountant (Real Estate) recruitment
A leading European Real Estate Investment Manager is looking to recruit a Senior Fund Accountant to work on new property funds and to ensure Fund Managers and the Head of Real Estate Fund Accounting are supported in all financial aspects of these funds.
Key responsibilities of this Senior Fund Accounting (Real Estate) role include;
- Setting up procedures and controls to ensure fund are correctly priced and accounted for
- Coordinating all financial accounting and reporting requirement for the funds
- Liaising with fund administrators, auditors, professional advisors and property managers
- Coordinate the financial aspects of property acquisitions, disposals and restructures
- Involvement in the fund build and launch process, including appointing service providers
- Leading the internal audit process and working with the auditors at year end
To successfully apply for this Senior Fund Accountant (Real Estate) position you will have;
- ACA / ACCA or CIMA Qualification
- Experience of working within a Real Estate Funds environment
- Understanding of accounting controls within Property Funds
- Experience of consolidating accounts
