Senior Fund Accountant – Real Estate recruitment
A Real Estate Investment Management business with in excess of five billion Euros across Europe is currently looking to recruit as Senior Fund Accountant within their London based office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the leading professionals in the Property Investment marketplace and work within actively investing funds.
This Senior Fund Accountant (Real Estate) role will be responsible for;
- Quarterly accounting and reporting for European Limited Partnerships
- Managing year end reporting and the audit process
- Managing the funds group cash position and internal financing
- Liaising with the Funds Management and transactions teams
- Working closely with local accountants responsible for the groups subsidiaries
- Management of financial reporting to investors and the fund boards
To successfully apply for this opportunity you will need to be;
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Ideally have exposure to Real Estate Fund or have working within a property related role
- Have excellent organisation and communication skills
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
