Senior Fund Accoutant recruitment
A leading international private equity firm focused on acquiring market-leading businesses in the range of £100million - £800million is looking for a senior private equity fund accountant to join its streamline back office function. This is a fantastic opportunity for and experience Private Equity Fund Accountant to join a market leader.
Responsibilities will include;
* Supervising month and quarter end reconciliation processes
* Manage Fund Administrators
* Detailed analysis work on fund performance to internal and external customers
* Co-ordinating the transfer of cash for transactions
* Manage Fund Treasury and monitor Fund debtors and creditors
* Preparation and review of Quarterly reports in accordance with agreed timetables
* Maintain Fund documentation reconciliations
* Understanding of and familiarisation with the relevant partnership agreements
* Liaising with staff in Luxembourg and other European offices.
* Building a professional working relationship with Investor Relations and Fund Investors
* Covering work usually performed by Fund administrators in the event of absence
