Senior Fund Controller recruitment
This is a unique opportunity to join a prolific pan-European property investor, with new fund launches on the horizon, as well as existing portfolios that are already outperforming the market. As a Senior Fund Controller you will be responsible for all the financial and investor reporting, fund liquidity control and management as well as liaising closely with auditors, tax advisors and internal and external clients on any fund matters. The most exciting aspect of this role is the fact that you will be heavily involved in project based work around deal structuring, acquisitions, debt structuring and other commercial matters where required.
Due to the nature of the role, a minimum of 3 to 5 years real estate fund accounting, or equivalent, experience is essential. We will look at qualified accountants (ACA or equivalent), and those with excellent technical accounting knowledge will have a distinct advantage. The ability to take to tasks quickly, and deal with individuals at all levels would ensure that you hit the ground running. The ability to speak another European language would also be
