Senior Fund Controller recruitment
As a Senior Fund Controller you will be responsible for all the financial and investor reporting, fund liquidity control and management. .
Review and check the quarterly accounts produced by the offshore administrator.
Review and help manage the process of producing the annual audited financial statements.
Provide offshore administrators with necessary information in respect of the capital calls (and distribution notices) required for all fund and co-investment partnerships.
Preparation of the monthly management accounts, FSA reporting and annual audited accounts
Managing and controlling expenses at the Manager and Fund level. Seeking cost savings wherever possible.
Day to day management of an Accounts Administrator who will work on the finance function for both the Funds and Manager.
The role will also involve some cross-over with the Financial Controller (Investments) who provides finance input on completion of new investments (including tax and structuring), refinancings, disposals of assets and semi-annual valuations of portfolio companies.
