Senior FX Dealer

Senior Foreign Exchange dealer required by our client, an expert in Corporate FX based in London, specialising in transactions and risk management, built upon cutting-edge technology. Led by a highly driven and entrepreneurial team with a track record of success, they are looking for driven, bright, high-energy and experienced Senior Dealers to support their ambitious growth aspirations who wish to maximise their earning potential.

The organisation has an extensive range of product and services exclusive to – FX, giving any brokers an opportunity to offer more to their clients. They also provide an opportunity for brokers to take part in the research and development of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Ultimately you will create, manage and develop clients, specifically:

Manage Accounts:

·         Identifying client financial needs relative to forex and international trade.

·         New business development  ( high volumes initially until relationships are established.)

·         Client Relationship Management.

·         Developing services that meet customers’ needs, including strategies for risk management.

·         Selling expanding product portfolio, as appropriate.

·         Keeping up to date with all relevant market information both from a currency perspective and clients’ sector of focus.

·         Attending and preparing networking events.

Contribute to company growth more broadly:

·         Identifying opportunities to develop commercial agreements with possible affiliates, agents and other partners to get client introductions, referrals.

·         Identifying opportunities for further product diversification.

Manage your performance:

·         Manage your performance to targets. Your performance will be measured based on revenue and new client development clients.

Skills and experience required:

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Need to satisfy FSA approval criteria

·         Compliance and money laundering training and exposure of import

·         High flying sales professional with relevant FX sector experience within FX Corporate banking or similar.

·         Proven track record on commercial capability: FX corporate payments, risk management, propriety and Interbank trading experience desirable.

·         An understanding of the financial markets and/or macroeconomics.

·         Existing relationships in target sector a plus.

·         Ambition.

·         An existing client base (desirable).
