With over 25 Engineers in this team, there will not be any problems regarding support especially having a strong management system and some talented juniors coming through the ranks who will need mentoring and guidance. You will see the company’s appreciation through their reviews on a 6 month basis.
Come to the table with 10 -14 years experience with a Bachelor of Engineering. RPEQ (alternatively looking at becoming RPEQ qualified) and Masters is a bonus but not essential.
