A career opportunity exists in our Hobart office for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer.
Be one of pitt sherry’s principal technical reference authorities in the mining/geotechnical engineering field, and a key member of our knowledge community. This role will provide technical leadership to mining/ geotechnical teams on projects which are complex, or require a high degree of originality, ingenuity and judgement which derives from knowledge, skills and experience of a contemporary best practice level (approaching national standard). You will assist these teams deliver technically excellent, and fit for purpose, geotechnical investigation, analysis, design and documentation
on mining/geotechnical engineering works of large scale and/or complexity. Work will typically be sourced from
the transport, mining, industrial and community infrastructure sectors.
