What You'll Need: Senior GLOBAL Compensation Analyst Due to an Internal Promotion, a Senior GLOBAL Compensation Analyst position is available in our GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS building in Tinley Park, Il. Assists in the development and administration of employee salary administration programs by performing the duties specified below. Develop and implement salary administration guidelines and procedures. Review proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies. Advise management on compensation actions for employees. Participate in and conduct salary surveys to determine organization's market relationship. Research market trends and develop recommendations to adjust salary structures. Review proposals for new or revised jobs/organization structures to determine appropriate salary grade assignment. Administer the organization's mid-year and year-end performance management and annual merit increase processes. Develop and implement guidelines to improve this process. Develop and conduct specialized compensation training and educational programs for supervisors and other HR professionals Develop and maintain computer systems to efficiently process and analyze compensation programs. Plus: BA/BS required, MA/MS coursework preferred, completion of CCP preferred. Proficient in college level statistics and algebra. Expert knowledge of compensation trends and practices. High aptitude for computer skills, and demonstrated proficiency for HRMS systems (Oracle HRMS highly preferred), ability to extract reports required. 5 or more years of compensation or related experience Ability to work independently; refer to supervision as needed; make most decisions independently. Project Lead for many projects. Develop training for new HR employees in report-writing and compensation practices, and for new supervisors in compensation classes. Train courses as required. Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management.
