Global role
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic development and the continued growth of a global brand. Working closely with customers and our top 10 business units you will identify business opportunities and transform these into brand, product and service strategies to be executed in close cooperation with RD, NPD, Operations, local business units and others. Your department is involved through the entire process from customer need identification and product development to training, campaign roll-out and launch. Throughout the process, you will have a central role in the organisation guiding and influencing cross-functional and local business unit execution.
Your background
You have a master’s degree in marketing, healthcare or a technical discipline and several years of experience within international marketing. You will be responsible for a team of skilled colleagues and we expect you to have managerial experience.
Working in an international organisation and with different cultures you have a track record of achieving results and creating enthusiasm and ownership around your ideas. You work and lead your team effectively, whether at the office in Fredensborg or when visiting customers and partners around the world.
