We are seeking an experienced, talented and dedicated Sr. Graphic Designer to be the lead designer for one of our product groups. You will work alongside other designers, illustrators, art directors and creative directors to design and oversee production of all the marketing materials for this business unit. The scope of work runs from packaging for both consumer and professional products, branding, print brochures, event materials and point of sale to directing photographers, illustrators and 3D artists in creating key product visuals.

You will be working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, creative department in partnership with one of our newest and fastest growing product lines. The opportunities for the right candidate within this group are great.

Leadership and teamwork skills, as well as a portfolio that will knock our socks off and extensive experience in high-tech product marketing are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the brand art director
- Presenting ideas to colleagues and product marketing business units
- Designing world class product packaging and print marketing materials
- Directing photographers, illustrators and 3D artists in the creation of key visuals
- Develop a deep understanding of products, target audiences and competitors' activities
- Overseeing creative campaigns from inception, through the production stage to completion
- Be able to multitask, working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often with tight deadlines
- Keeping up to date with popular culture and market trends, focusing on digital marketing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BFA/MFA a plus
- 10 years work experience designing and executing world-class marketing materials
- Minimum 5 years Retail and Packaging experience
- Expert level skills with Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A portfolio that proves it
