Job Description
The Senior Graphic Designer is an integral part of this comprehensive, creative team (including Copy Writers and Editors) developing outstanding graphics and supporting the Universitys communications and marketing initiatives by creating relevant and engaging content for print and web communications in a style and tone that convey University-wide branding. Accountable for all aspects of conceptual graphic design, layout, design production, and general aesthetics for the content of several of the Universitys most important print communications. Part of a comprehensive editorial and production team, producing outstanding, media-rich, and visually compelling content that expresses the breadth and depth of the University in a variety of communications media to both internal and external audiences. Assume a leadership role on high-profile projects, and in identifying and promulgating new techniques and technologies.
Required Skills
Requires: B.A./B.S., or equivalent, strong communication skills, as well as graphic design skills and three to five years of related experience.
Salary
Grade 74
