We are looking for a Senior GUI developer (C#) for our client.
Senior GUI developer
Task:
Design and implement services, functional components, and GUI for Windows desktop and web-based workflow applications, including components for :
Content management
Content distribution
Playback device monitoring, control, and scheduling
Security and rights management
Integration with other self and third-party products
Work closely with lead workflow developer, as well as other members of a small development team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and inviting environment.
Contribute to technical functional designs.
Work with QA technical support teams to resolve issues identified by internal testing customers in the field.
To ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation.
Such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required
Experience
Experience developing GUI in one or more of WPF, Silverlight, C#, MFC
Experience handling data - databases, ODBC, XML, RSS, etc.
Experience developing web services
Sockets and networking experience
Experience designing developing large-scale, multi-threaded applications
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Well-developed oral written communication skills.
Desirable
Graphics or video experience
SNMP/WMI experience
WPF experience is highly desirable
