We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Lead level, HCM Strategy Consultant focused on Rewards Compensation, HR Analytics and HCM/HR ERP Systems to join a leading Management consulting firm to provide all of the above to a Tier 1 Investment Banking client of theirs across EMEA in their global HQ in the City of London. A lead consultant opportunity, interfacing closely with a major financial services client across an extended tenure.

Our client is a leading global Management Consulting firm, employing over 150,000 people in 100 offices across 65 countries; a company which has grown exponentially in the past 5 years and is growing still, both in size and quality of service and operation.

Recently they have further extended their presence within the Financial Services industry by engaging with one of the world's largest Investment banks for a multi-project; multi-site transformation programme of their Human Capital Management function as a result of this major organisational win we are now assisting them with the appointment of a Senior HCM Consultant to focus on HCM Transformation of the following functions and processes:

v HR Strategy

v Rewards Compensation

v Service Delivery Model Redesign (SDM)

v Shared Services Implementation (SSI)

v Functional Consulting (Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, BPM)

This senior consultant will be working onsite at clients within the financial services industry, starting with a leading tier 1 IB at their Global HQ in the City of London, and will liaising and managing stakeholders up to CFO/COO level.

To succeed in this role you'll require the following skills and experience:

* Expertise and experience in HCM Transformation and Functional Consulting
* Good Experience of HR Transactional Services
* Good Experience of HR Centre of Excellence
* Good Experience of Business Partners Management
* Good Experience of HR Strategy
* Good experience of Organisational Change Management
* Understanding/Experience of HR ERP Tools (Peoplesoft / Oracle / SAP / Workday)
* Understanding of strategic account planning and marketing campaigns with practical knowledge of developing complex account plans and implementing them.

As well as the above we are seeking someone with excellent communications, stakeholder management, team leadership and project/programme management skills.
