Senior Healthworks Consultant

To serve as a wellness program consultant in a customer facing capacity/role to support sales and account management in meeting the Workforce Health needs of customers and brokers and is responsible for increasing enrollment, member satisfaction and retention. This role will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of customers worksite wellness needs as appropriate to customer's employee culture and makes recommendations about KP offerings. Essential Functions: - Partner with Sales Account Management (SAM) as a wellness consultant to achieve sales goals - Maintains a strong relationship with wellness customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develops wellness proposals for prospects/brokers and customers - Conduct wellness presentations to customers and brokers - Manages joint HealthWorks efforts / events with SAM, Health Education and Medical groups - Directs the analysis of very complex client needs, HealthWorks operating models, and innovative approaches to solutions support - Acts as an internal expert and resource for wellness programs - Keeps current on wellness market trends and uses that knowledge to advance sales through innovative programming - Demonstrates expertise in wellness area, business processes and understands assigned and cross functional areas - May act as a lead to other HealthWorks consultants or Product staff - Accountable for tracking and reporting the results of actualization of wellness programs for both customers and Kaiser Permanente leaders - Provides on-going project management and status reporting at all levels; Provides advice and input into the project plan - Acts as a liaison between business clients and SAM and/or with development staff throughout the development and implementation of wellness program for the customer - Plans, coordinates and conducts the analysis of client wellness processes, functional requirements and the preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information - Acts as project lead in the coordination of wellness solution development and the implementation of the final product/service; designs, implements, manages and evaluates wellness programs jointly with customer - Develop implementation project plans - Manages common resource demands Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of experience developing/implementing/supporting wellness programs - A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office - A minimum of 5 years of healthcare, health insurance, product development or related experience - A minimum of 5 years of project management and/or marketing experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivelant combination of education and related work experience - Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with strong project management and problem solving skills - Must have customer facing experience - Must be able to interface and work effectively with all functions and at all levels both in and outside of the organization - Must have strong presentation skills, self-motivation, and knowledge of community health resources - Maintain effective relationships and provide superior customer / broker service - Professionalism, negotiations skills, flexibility and diplomacy required Preferred Qualifications: - Master's or higher in related discipline - e.g., business, health care administration, public administration, or planning - Thorough knowledge of health care, health insurance, product development - Experience in consulting, design and implementation of employer-based Wellness Programs Salary Range:
