Senior High-Frequency C++ Developer – Ultra-Low Latency systems
JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the most successful high-frequency proprietary trading houses in the world is seeking exceptional talent to build out their New York development team. This individual in will be a part of a small trading group and will work directly with quant trading teams to design, build, and enhance some of the world’s most cutting-edge trading systems. It’s a hands-on role and will have a big focus on high performance exchange connectivity, machine learning methodology, advanced pattern recognition, and creation of complex algorithms.

Required Skills
- Truly in-depth experience with C++ programming in a Linux environment
- C++0x/C++11 exposure is regarded highly
- Strong experience with connectivity – with US markets is highly desirable
- Strong hands-on skills with data structures and algorithms
- Excellent knowledge of STL and boost template libraries
- Comfortable with Linux platforms
- Good understanding of computer systems and their performance tuning
- Analyze and optimize latency critical code
