SENIOR HIGH FREQUENCY TRADING DEVELOPER recruitment

Mosaïc Finance has quickly become one of the major players in the market place in Europe (2nd liquidity provider of stock options on the Euronext Liffe Paris in 2011 and first half of 2012).

We are currently recruiting a Senior High Frequency Trading Developer to join our IT/RD team, working alongside our Traders and Head of Quant.
Responsibilities:
-Take a lead role in design, implementation and optimization of automated trading algorithms;
-Develop automated trading procedures: auto calibration parameters, defining the risk functions, modeling trading strategies;
-Participate in research projects: analysis and optimization of high frequency market data, automation of risks management, back-tests of equity trading strategies.
Qualifications:
-High level education (e.g. PhD Computer Science, Physics…);
-Prior experience in a similar role/environment;
-Computers passionate and strong development skills (Java or C++, multithreading programming), SQL, Linux, TCP/IP;
-Strong interest in financial markets (optimization and low latency issues), experience with Equities and/or Options would be preferred;
-Rigorous, fast learner, curious, autonomous, with great communication skills.
