Working for one of Newcastle's largest employers and reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will drive the HR strategy across the business and provide a professional, generalist HR service to managers and employees.
You are an accomplished HR professional with outstanding generalist HR skills who is able to provide advice and assistance on day to day operational HR matters including performance management, disciplinary issues, job evaluation, recruitment, industrial relations and wrokplace agreements.
Your HR qualifications are exemplary and probably include a degree qualification in Human Resource Management and you have substantial knowledge of contemporary employment legislation and HR practices.
