This role will focus on the design and implementation of future state finance operations organisation and capability, as well as successful change management of the program to ensure sustainable embedment of transformation efforts.
In particular this role will:
- Drive the HR strategy for the Finance Transformation
- Work with the executive team in developing the HR strategic plan and managing the execution
- Develop organisation design and workforce transition strategy, principles and methodologies
- Integrate, align and coordinate change management activities
- Assess the current organisation capabilities and gaps against future requirements
- Develop the communications strategy and plan
- Manage and develop change management HR team resources
- Work with a global HR network to drive the transformation across the Finance globally.
Key to securing this position is your demonstrated experience in senior HR leadership roles where you have been the people change lead in business and/or technology transformation, and organisation/role design. In addition you will have strong leadership skills, sound commercial and financial acumen, the ability to implement change programs and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are required as you build and foster relationships with the businesses.
