We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Assurance Service Line. As a Senior HR Business Partner you will focus on innovative, value adding and strategic activities for Assurance as well as leading and mentoring the HR Business Partners and encouraging consistency, engagement and contribution of all team members.
As part of our human resources team, you'll develop your business capabilities faster as you contribute to our performance management, leadership development and training initiatives. You'll be instrumental in supporting and developing our people, guided by senior leaders. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
About you
In your role as a Senior HR Business Partner you'll:
- Understand and pro-actively assist the Assurance People Leader to drive the Sydney Assurance People strategy and priorities
- Proactively monitor Assurance performance in Sydney, identify People issues, provide the business with analysis, insight and advice to empower people to drive business performance
- Work with the People Partner to support the development of leadership within Assurance
- Lead and/or participate in projects related to key people priorities defined by the business with the People team.
- Drive innovative/value adding solutions and people related thought leadership through the wider HR Business Partner community
We're looking for people with the following experience:
- Graduate or Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business
- Proven experience as an HR Professional/Business Partner ideally within professional services
- Excellent communication skills stakeholder management
- Ability to lead a team and coach others
- Proven experience in change management, strategic planning, HR reporting project management
