Senior HR Reporting Analyst – Global Financial Services recruitment

Summary

Our client is a Global Financial Services Provider, demonstrating consistently strong business performance for the past few years. With a view to improve and transform their HR function, they are currently looking to take on board a strong HR Analyst within their Analytics Reporting team.

Responsibilities

You will be supporting the APAC region, working closely with regional HR Business Partners and leaders for their adhoc reporting needs. Leveraging on initiatives and studies conducted by the global team, you will be conducting similar studies, analysing data and translating information into business insights to help the HR Business partners and leaders make strategic business decisions. You will also be involved in projects for process and systems enhancements on an adhoc basis.

Requirements

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you should have at least 5years of experience in reporting, comfortable working with large sets of data, with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. You should be a motivated self-starter, able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment. This is an excellent, highly analytical role for the successful candidate to be part of a progressive organization, in a position to work closely with the business and contribute.
