- Following up full recruitment circle;
- Interacting with internal clients;
- Searching, interviewing potential candidates for entry/middle/top positions;
- Working with recruitment agencies;
- Recruitment methodology development;
- Salary survey participating;
- HR branding;
- Internal communications.
Who we are looking for:
Person with:
- Higher Education;
- 2+ years experience in HR in consulting companies (strategy consulting, Big4, etc);
- Active and dynamic personality, leadership and project management skills, excellent communicative and presentation skills.
