Senior HRIS Analyst Job in Hingham 02043, Massachusetts US

Responsible for contributing to the development, maintenance and enhancement of systems used by Human Resources. This includes PeopleSoft, Access, Excel and other PC and web-based applications. Also supports HR users with all aspects of their systems needs such as reporting and electronic transfer of data files. Analyze and resolve system issues and develop solutions to meet needs of the organization.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Develop, test and plan new systems and/or enhancements including PeopleSoft, Dayforce, Access and other PC based systems.
2. Provide systems knowledge to all Human Resources areas in the analysis, design, development, documentation and implementation of systems.
3. Liaison with IT to communicate user requests and issues.
4. Regularly review user procedures/workflow to ensure system features are being fully utilized. Identify features that may improve efficiency.
5. Design and analyze new systems based on corporate expansion, changes in Human Resources and new technology.

Dimensions:
-Will be responsible for making decisions about system designs and processes, which will impact how Human Resources supports the organization.
-Will analyze and verify data which is provided to business leaders and assists them in making strategic business decisions.

Knowledge of and experience with implementing, maintaining and defining application systems at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Human Resources or Computer Science. In addition, five to seven years of progressive work experience, preferably with PeopleSoft, Dayforce/Work Force Management System and PC based systems. Must have expert level skills in MS Excel and Access. Working knowledge of HR in a retail environment preferred.
