Our client, a listed global leader, is currently looking for an additional senior in-house counsel to join their successful team.
In this role you will reporting directly in to the General Counsel and will be providing commercially sound legal advice on a broad range of commercial issues including contracts, regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities will include draft, review and negotiation of a broad range of commercial contracts including service, property and IT agreements. As well as review of marketing and promotional material and advising on IP issues. You will be providing commercial advice across all areas of the business and as such will be working closely with members of the senior management team.
In order to be successful in this role you will have in excess of six years post admission experience gained either in a leading law firm or relevant in-house role. You should have demonstrable capability of negotiating commercial contracts, be commercially focussed and be a team player with first rate communication skills.
