Senior Incident Manager / Service Restoration Manager recruitment
EIM will provide a focal point for all operational matters affecting the enterprise for the client, including major incidents, significant changes and projects
The EIM provides a central contact point for senior management and account teams, being a source of information for all major incidents (high severity problems with significant client impact), exceptional technical change activity and major project
Enterprise Operational Visibility
• Provide daily health check reports
• Disaster Notification
• Virus / Malware Threats
Reporting
• Prepare and distribute management reports including:
• daily operational report to senior management
• other reporting as developed and agreed
Process
• Support the Service Support Problem Management structure
• Identify and escalate any identified need for improvement to the Problem Management SME and to the Manager, Service Restoration Management
• Develop and execute a succession plan
Other Tasks
• The EIM will at times be called upon to perform additional tasks in support of the Service Management community which leverage off the skills of the EIM and the 24x7 availability of the role. The Manager, Service Restoration Management should authorise all such requests (if not contactable, these tasks will be performed at the discretion of the EIM)
• Back up the Manager, Service Restoration Management as and when required
• Perform other appropriate tasks as directed by the Manager, Service Restoration Management
