If you are a Senior Information Architect (IA) - UI/UX Designer with commercial experience with very high traffic web sites, please read on!

What you will be doing:
- Work on the user experience to improve traffic and conversions
- Continuing iteration using multivariate or A/B split testing
- Wireframing
- HTML/CSS coding
- Web design
What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in information architecture - UI/UX design for consumer-facing web sites
- Experience working with high traffic web sites ( 25K visits/day) highly preferred
- Expertise in creating A/B split or multivariate testing with measureable results
- Expertise in designing clean, intuitive interfaces and knowledge of current best practices; visual design skills and graphics software knowledge are required.
- HTML and CSS skills, with cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility; familiarity with basic scripting, particularly Javascript a plus (not required)
- Bachelors or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Symbolic Systems, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related
