Senior Information Security Consultant FS recruitment
A niche consultancy, who are developing a security practice, are looking for a number of information security consultants to come on board as senior consultants. This position would ideally suit a security specialist, who has previously worked in a top consultancy, looking to get away from the red tape and bureaucracy of the larger consultancies. This is an opportunity to get involved at the ground level of a new company which will be the Information Security subsidiary of the larger consultancy established over 20 years ago. This company works specifically with Blue Chip companies, predominantly FS and major Oil and Gas companies. This role would suit an individual with a range of experience in information security to act as an SME of more than one area. All information security specialisms are considered as the consultants would be covering a variety of projects.
Specialisms include but are not limited to:
-Security management/governance,
-Security strategy/ innovation and business improvement,
-Security architecture,
-Network security,
-Application security,
-Event and incident management,
-Risk analysis and management
-Operational security management
All successful candidates will be put into work immediately and would not be on the bench. All of the projects this company has are London based within the M25 which means the scope for travel seen in larger consultancies is not a reality with this role as travel will be no further than the M25. Knowledge of OWASP and BSIMM would be beneficial. Successful candidates will hold security related certificates such as CISSP, CISM or CISA.
