Senior Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager - VP - 75-100k+ Benefits + Bonus

A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking to hire an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager with strong Project Management, Service Delivery and Leadership skills. The delivery manager will be responsible for both matrix and direct management of 4 delivery managers as the infrastructure group looks for further opportunities to improve the global delivery function. The role will involve taking ownership of strategic IT, business, portfolio management and associated relationships for the technology group.
Skills based around: Delivery - Ownership - Customers - People:
- - Experience managing multiple IT services and projects/change
- - Leadership skills (4 delivery manager reports)
- - Broad knowledge of IT service infrastructure and related processes
- - Strategy and business change processes, methods and tools
- - Relationship building and maintenance while being interface between technologyand the business.
- - ITIL /Enterprisetechnology processes
- - Ideally from a technical background (Windows/Unix/VMware/Database/Citrix)
This role is multi dimensional, ranging from project/portfolio work to team management through to helping define strategy and process so will require broad experience in a IT service delivery or similar capacity, preferably within an Investment Banking/Banking environment. This role will allow the Delivery Manager to have exposure across the business and to build relationships with both the technology and business teams so will be challenging but also highly rewarding.
