Senior Infrastructure Programme Manager –London – Executive Director Level recruitment

Essential experience:

-Large enterprise Programme/Portfolio Management experience  

-Experience of managing large matrix teams

-Experience in managing budgets for £multi-million portfolios.

-Infrastructure background – Networks, IP Telephony, Datacentres

-Vendor Management

-Large scale Change management experience

- Strong negotiating and influencing skills

-Exceptional Stakeholder management ability

A Tier 1 Investment bank is undertaking a huge programme of change to modernize its infrastructure landscape front to back, reduce cost and maintain stability. They require a Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of programmes managed by both internal PM’s and vendors (up to 300 projects). They will lead and manage transformational initiatives and be responsible for the overall delivery of the portfolio.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for managing the overall plan, quality, delivery and costs of the portfolio of programs
- Managing a team of experienced Program Managers, either directly or dotted line reports
- Responsibility for communicating status to the business sponsors of the portfolio

- Responsibility for Creating an overall implementation roadmap, showing how change programs will deliver the portfolio

- Drive through issues, break-down barriers, build teams to deliver excellence in Program Execution.
