Senior Insolvency Administrator recruitment
A highly reputable Recovery and Insolvency practice is seeking to hire a Senior Case Administrator to join their Essex office on a permanent basis.
As Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for working on a corporate case load that includes compulsory liquidations and administrations. You will be dealing with all statutory requirements, liaising with solicitors over the sale of assets, attending section 98 meetings, managing creditor claims, undertaking investigations into corrupt directors by way of reviewing financial records and ensuring compliance on all live cases.
To qualify for this role you must have cradle to grave Insolvency experience within Corporate Recovery and ideally be CPI qualified. Strong communication skills are essential as is the ability to work independently and pro-actively.
