SENIOR INSTITUTIONAL E-FX SALES
THE COMPANY
Squared Financial Services Ltd., (head office based in Dublin, Ireland) established in 2005, is a full-service broker, specialising in Foreign Exchange and related products. We provide precision trading technology and services for institutional, professional and high net worth traders globally. The company is MiFID authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
THE ROLE
This role will focus on the institutional market segment. Typical duties for this role would include:
- Liaise closely with the Managing Director to develop a revenue plan and to set and agree targets
- Market and promote the Company brand, products and services to the target market, new and existing clients
- Develop the Company’s client base by sourcing and introducing prospective clients in the target market
- Ensure potential client contact details are forwarded to the Dublin sales team on a daily basis for follow up
- Direct non FX relevant queries to the Dublin team for follow up
- Liaise closely with front and back office colleagues in Dublin regarding client account set up, on boarding, revenue allocations etc
- Record all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce)
- Identify and develop (with relevant colleagues) new methods to improve service and enhance offering
- Liaise with marketing department regarding marketing material, promotion of brand and services, etc
- Adhere to guidelines and/or risk and compliance department directives
- Provide regular progress reports to the Managing Director
- Travel to Dublin office approx once per quarter and on occasion internationally to meet clients when necessary
THE CANDIDATE
To apply for this role you should have a proven track record (5 years+) of achievement in E-FX Sales and a growing network of customers in the target market/segments. You will have an excellent understanding of the electronic spot FX Markets, be able to develop revenue opportunities and demonstrate a proven sales track record. You will have exceptional interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills with an ability to influence all stakeholders in complex sales. You will be a well organised self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised. A transferable client/contact base is a distinct advantage.

The remuneration package which includes an incentive scheme is negotiable and will reflect the calibre and experience of the successful candidate.
