Senior Institutional Sales Asset Management recruitment
“Senior” Sales Manager to support the Institutional Business (banking foundation, pension funds, insurance companies). The assignment will mainly focus on the Italian market and reports to the Head of Wholesale Institutional Distribution.
The candidate will have full responsibility for:
- a defined “client portfolio”
- budget and gross sales for the assigned perimeter
- overall business strategic initiatives
- development of business potentials for the assigned partners
Core Activities:
- Edit sales-relevant information and supply client presentations (products, market information, ..) for use within the Sales division and for relevant sales initiatives
- Contribute to the development of products for institutional optimization
- Alignment and proactive collaboration with internal departments/interfaces (Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Marketing, Sales Controlling, etc) among other things for cross-unit topics (e.g. segment-related events)
- Support the timely and structural processing of customer complaints (with the collaboration of internal departments, e.g. Legal or Marketing)
- Cooperation in cross-unit sales projects
The ideal candidate has a University degree in Economics and has matured 5/7 years of professional experience in Institutional sales in asset management. She/He has an excellent knowledge of the sales segment, the overall financial market, the asset management industry in particular and its products. He/She has a good acquisition-/relationship management - and negotiation skills, presentation and communication skills in both English and Italian, project management skills and is very much customer oriented.
She/He is highly motivated, team oriented, enthusiastic and has a truly international mindset, having had past personal or professional experiences.
