German speaking Senior Institutional Sales Support (m/f)
Key Responsibilities:
- As part of the business unit Investor Relations Client Services in the company’s headquarters in Hamburg support the company's institutional sales process
- Handling of national and international Requests for Proposals in close cooperation with the institutional sales unit of the Aquila group
- Develop the operational quality, communication and reporting standards in cooperation with the appropriate units of the Aquila group
- Interdisciplinary management and improvement of Due Diligence processes
Professional and Personal Profile:
- University / business school degree in Finance, Asset Management or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the portfolio management and/or in the institutional sales of a fund and/or asset management industry
- Fundamental knowledge of the global financial services industry, (alternative) investment products, sales channels and operational service requirements (open-ended-funds)
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Outstanding project management skills
- Ability to influence others as well as to work under pressure and manage several deadline-oriented projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Fluent user of all MS Office products
