Senior Institutional Salesperson x3 recruitment

Our Client is looking for three Senior level Institutional Salespersons who can hit the ground running immediately. They provide there clients with customized tools to analyze various sectors and sub-sectors via the knowledge and insight of industry professionals that make up a proprietary Advisor network.

The Senior Institutional Equity Salespersons will have the following primary duties:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients. 

• Develop a working knowledge of the industries my client covers. 

• Attend industry conferences and client breakfast and lunches that my client sponsors Requirements 

• 5+ years of equity research sales experience. 

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually. 

• Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management. 

• Mature communicator capable of handling high-profile clients (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Private Equity and Corporates). 

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere. 

• A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

As a senior level salesperson, the right individuals would be senior members of the firm. They would be responsible for initial sales with institutional money managers and/or hedge funds. They will work closely with the head of sales. The individuals would be responsible for maintaining a relationship with clients with the hope of increasing revenue and research coverage.
