In-Stock Managers in Baby are responsible for developing and executing category level inventory and procurement strategies. In this role, you will have end to end ownership of inventory from manufacturer to end customer. You will also drive cross-functional projects, and build strong partnerships with the buying and merchandising teams to drive toward common goals. General Responsibilities include: Developing and executing scalable business plans and product requirements ndash; being a business owner Driving cross-functional projects to completion Developing strategies based on data analysis Communicating effectively with senior management Maintaining an intense customer-focus Balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution Working cross functionally with teams throughout the company Driving key initiatives with strategic partners Basic Qualifications 3+ years work experience in product/program management, financial analysis, project management or supply chain MS Excel Expertise Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership BA required Preferred Qualifications Ability to think both strategically and tactically Experience with an e-commerce company is a plus Experience with SQL is a strong plus MBA Preferred Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process Ability to influence cross-functional teams Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment Exceptional interpersonal and communicate (both written and verbal) skills Innovative and self-directed
