Senior Internal Audit Manager – US based Corporate and Investment Bank recruitment
The Company
Our client is a global financial institution with strong presence in Asia Pac. In Hong Kong, they are market leader in Wholesale Banking and Private Wealth Management. Due to expansion, the Asset and Liability team is currently looking for a Senior Manager with solid background in Capital Planning and Reporting and Basel II and III.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead the regulatory reporting function on capital adequacy positions i.e. Capital Base reporting for HKMA CAR reporting;
- Heavily involve in Capital Management for the Global Markets business
- Drive capital planning in accordance with the Bank's strategic development with reference to the Basel III rule changes;
- Participate in stress testing and work with risk functions to derive the ICAAP incorporating the economic capital model.
- Review and monitor RWA Limits Setting and Monitoring, MIS on RWA - Forecasting (Normal Stressed Scenarios),
- Participation in HKMA QIS and Basel III impact study and analyses
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines with a CPA qualifications
- Strong banking product and accounting knowledge especially in Wholesale Banking and Private Wealth Management;
Prior experience in Basel II reporting role in a reasonable sized financial institution a must - Prior experience in managing a small team
- Well versed in Chinese and English with good presentation skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
