Senior Internal Communications Business Partner, Finance

My client, a major UK bank, are looking for a senior finance business partner to help the business drive and deliver strategic and business critical internal communications programmes and initiatives. This will be done by working pro-actively with senior/executive members of the business and stakeholders to embed the business and group strategy vision. You will also lead a team. 

You will be responsible for stakeholder management and advice creating relationships with key senior business leaders and  providing advice and guidance on how to communicate their strategies and plans to the wider business. You will also help senior management develop their strategies by understanding them and promoting the message to the relevant areas of the business. As well as this you will be involved in a number of projects across the business including the articulation and definition of strategic messaging within the business.

Successful candidates will have extremely strong written communications skills as well as project management experience. Ideally you will have prior financial services experience and demonstrate the ability to manage, develop and motivate colleagues. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is desired but not essential.
