Senior International Auditor recruitment
Responsibilities
-Implement ERM worldwide
-Perform operational Audits worldwide
-Identification of relevant risks and controls
-Advise on improvement of operations – minimizing risks, efficiency, effectiveness
-Planning of the Audit and Preparing work programs prior to commencement of audit
-Assuming responsibility for the execution of assigned audit sections
-Identifying audit issues and proposing constructive and practical solutions to management
-Providing suggestions for operational efficiencies at the location
-Preparing the closing meeting discussions with local management on the recommendations and other observations resulting from the audit work
-Providing input to the development of new control procedures
-Contributing to the enhancement of Group Risk Audit working methods and delivery of outstanding risk and audit management services
-Undertaking ad-hoc special reviews where required across the comapny’s operations and businesses worldwide
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in English is essential
-Motivation to travel about 70% world-wide
-University degree in Business or Finance
-CIA and CA or CPA certification
- At least 5 years of working experience as an internal and external auditor in a highly international commodity trading and/mining/ energy sector environment
-Willingness to continuously learn new topics and acquire knowledge of the company’s business over time
-Self-motivated to get things done
-Creative to generate new projects and ideas to improve operations and audit group function
-Young and independent team player
