Senior International Benefits Consultant
A global benefits consultancy are looking to develop their International Consulting practice. With a recent recruitment project increasing headcount, 2012 is set to be an exciting year for this department. This organisation arguably lead the field when it comes to international benefits consulting, and this role will add strength to the Healthcare section in particular.
Based in London advising on all aspects of International Benefits for large clients, you will specialise in the field of IPMI, multinational pooling and cross border tax implications. The International practice has seen an increase in the number of organisations expanding into new territories, and as such the focus will be on emerging markets, where with support you will build up expertise on local benefit design, governance requirements, providers and implementation.
You will be a motivated individual with an ability to work in teams and remotely with others in overseas locations. The package for this opportunity is up to a £75,000 basic salary, plus bonus, benefits and pension.
