Senior Investment Administrator Job in Bath Ba1 4Bh, South West Uk

Wishlist* is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join a high flying and expanding organisation based in Bath. The post holder will report directly to the Team Leader and will join the Client Services Administration team.

 

This is a pivotal role in the team and you will be expected to proactively contribute to ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of a professional and customer focussed service in adherence to regulation and client SLAs. 

 

You may be required to act as a role model to the team, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and mentoring qualities.

 

Duties include the following:

 

With oversight responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of application processing, you will liaise with relevant parties via telephone, letter or email to chase outstanding documentation, interpret instructions and implement appropriate actions, provide relevant information when required, collate client payments and manage the daily banking of cheques, constantly reviewing processes and procedures to maximise team performance and deliver outstanding service in line with agreed KPIs.

 

Candidate Requirements:

 

This role requires a high level of commitment, strong attention to detail and excellent communication and problem solving skills.

 

You will have demonstrated effective self-management skills and the readiness to assume a higher degree of responsibility through the recognition of the importance of working together as a team and a proactive contribution towards the development, implementation and sharing of best practices.

 

Ideally you will possess a relevant professional qualification, or be studying towards one, and looking for a role which enables you to continue to progress your career in a highly successful, growing and entrepreneurial business.

 

You should demonstrate previous working experience within the financial services industry ideally from an IFA or Fund Manager environment. You should possess strong customer service skills with an understanding of the principles of TCF.
