Senior Investment Analyst - Middle East
Our client is a large investment company who invest in a diverse portfolio targeting positive capital returns through an active investment strategy. This company invest in many areas including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Hedge Funds.
They are currently recruiting for a Senior Investment Analyst who has strong buy-side experience to join their team. To join you will have unparalleled knowledge within an Institutional Asset Management company and will have extensive knowledge of the dynamics of equities and fixed income investments.
Your responsibilities will involve researching and monitoring equity and fixed income managers and their investments. You would be responsible for proposing the appointment of and the termination of mandates to the Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management
- Research and idea generation
- Performance reports and reviews of team
- Contribute to the due diligence process and portfolio reviews
Requirements:
- Excellent academics from 'recognised' university (CFA/MA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years buy-side experience within an established asset management company
- Solid experience of equity and fixed income investments
- Ability to create and use elaborate quantitative models
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills: Bloomberg, Factset, Style Research, Barra, MPI
