Manager Research and Portfolio Analytics
Salary Package up to $120,000 + Performance Bonus
Based in Adelaide, this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a midsize investment team who’s mandate is to evaluate and model a large portfolio made up mostly of multi-manager holdings. Your role will be conduct manager and asset research and to implement investments into the portfolios.
You will be responsible for:
- Analysis and review of the monthly Investment reports on the consolidated Investment Fund and asset class performance research and analysis of the $3B Fund Investment portfolio

Research, analysis and review of the preparation of the monthly Investment Funds
- Preparation, analysis and review of weekly Investment Market updates to the Investment Committee

Monthly review of Performance Attribution Analysis
- Daily Asset Allocation research and identifying the need for any rebalancing transactions in ?accordance with the rebalancing policy

Oversight of Weekly Unit Price monitoring and analysis of Funds asset classes
- Analysis of performance analytics from external managers and preparation of monthly ?Investment Commentary

Business cash flow Management and Implementation across the Investment Portfolio;
- Contribute to management of the Internal Cash Fund. Evaluate and negotiate ?cash rates for investments into Term Deposits including Flexi and Floating instruments ?including the reinvestment of weekly deposit maturities and other cash equivalent securities

Research, analysis and review of MAC Annual Report data and commentary including the ?collection of information from Funds SA, Investment Consultants and other external entities;
You’ll need excellent financial modeling skills, a natural ability to analyse different funds and mangers and, of course, previous experience doing this exact work.
