Senior Investment Analyst / Potfolio Manager – Equities / Fixed Income recruitment
This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced portfolio manager / investment analyst who is interested in relocating to the UAE to work in a strategic position with responsibility for the sourcing, evaluating and analysis of investments and proposals in the Equity / Fixed Income manager space as well as providing guidance, forecasts and reports on long and short term economic and business trends employing and enhancing quantitative screening techniques.
Required Background (Essential):
• Top academic background from an Ivy League School or equivalent University (CFA/ PhD / MA / MBA)
• Tier 1 Investment Management background or experience working in a leading global buy-side player – UBP, GAM, UBS, CS, Goldman, Blackrock etc)
• 5-8 years experience of working in equity and fixed income manager selection ideally focusing on US managers
• Strong quant background
• Understands manager due diligence, assessment and selection process
• Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate opinions on investment matters.
